At Riverside Adult Crisis Stabilization, we understand that crisis doesn't keep office hours — and neither do we. Located along the banks of the Big Sandy River in Prestonsburg, our center provides a secure, supportive environment where adults can find relief during their most difficult moments.
Our team is trained in de-escalation, trauma-informed care, and psychiatric stabilization. We meet people exactly where they are — no requirements, no prerequisites, no shame. If you're in crisis, you belong here.
